Responsibilities

• This position is a customer service position only, NOT SALES with room for career advancement and opportunity to earn commissions.
• Answer phone calls, take payments, help resolve customer inquiries, process policy changes and other general customer service related tasks.
• Work with the agent and team to establish and meet goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE Property & Casualty Producer Licenses
• MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Preferred but not required: Life & Health Insurance Producer Licenses
• Preferred but not required: 1-2 years of previous State Farm Agent Team Member experience
